Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Made-to-order and customised outfits cannot be cancelled once work has started.
Size exchanges
If the size doesn’t fit, message us within 3 days of delivery. Unused outfits with tags attached can be exchanged for another size, subject to availability. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Damaged or wrong item
If your parcel arrives damaged or with the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and, if possible, an unboxing video. We will replace the item or refund you in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 working days.
